What's included in the placement fee?

Our placement fee covers full background verification, skills assessment, candidate matching, and a 48-hour replacement guarantee if you're not satisfied.

Do I pay HomiLink or the worker directly?

You pay worker salaries directly to the worker. HomiLink charges a one-time placement fee equal to 50% of the first month's salary for permanent placements, or a 15% service fee for casual/event staff.

Are there any hidden fees?

No hidden fees. Our pricing is transparent - you'll know the full cost before committing to any service.

What if the worker doesn't work out?

We offer a 48-hour replacement guarantee. If you're not satisfied within the first 48 hours, we'll provide a replacement at no additional cost.
